GURAZON Marketplace Policies

1. Terms of Service

1.1 Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the GURAZON marketplace (“Platform”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you disagree with any part, you may not access the Platform.

1.2 Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into a contract to use GURAZON as a buyer or seller.

1.3 Account Responsibility
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information.

1.4 Marketplace Role
GURAZON acts as a venue to facilitate transactions between independent sellers (“Vendors”) and buyers. We are not a party to the actual sale contract between users, nor do we take ownership of items sold.

1.5 Prohibited Activities
Users agree not to:

  • List or sell Prohibited Items (see Section 2).

  • Engage in fraud, misrepresentation, or fee avoidance.

  • Infringe upon the intellectual property rights of others.

  • Interfere with the Platform’s operation or other users’ enjoyment.

  • Use data mining or extraction tools.

1.6 Fees & Payments
Vendors agree to pay applicable fees as outlined in the Vendor Agreement (see Section 3). Buyers agree to pay the listed price plus any applicable taxes and shipping.

1.7 Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, GURAZON shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform.

1.8 Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Platform for any breach of these Terms.

2. Prohibited Items & Content Policy

GURAZON is a curated marketplace for unique, handmade, vintage, and craft supply items. The following are strictly prohibited:

  • Counterfeit or Infringing Goods: Items that violate trademarks, copyrights, or other IP rights.

  • Hazardous Materials: Flammable, toxic, or regulated substances.

  • Weapons: Firearms, ammunition, explosives, or certain types of knives.

  • Illegal Items: Items that violate any applicable local, national, or international law.

  • Adult Content & Services: Pornography, sexually explicit items, or escort services.

  • Live Animals, Human Remains, or Body Parts.

  • Hate, Defamatory, or Violent Content: Items that promote hatred, violence, or discrimination.

3. Vendor Agreement & Seller Policy

3.1 Vendor Obligations
Vendors are independent businesses and are responsible for:

  • Accurate Listings: Providing truthful descriptions, clear photos, and fair pricing.

  • Inventory & Fulfillment: Maintaining stock and shipping items promptly as described.

  • Customer Service: Handling buyer inquiries, returns, and resolutions professionally.

  • Tax Compliance: Understanding and complying with all tax obligations for their jurisdiction.

  • Legal Compliance: Selling only items that comply with all laws and this policy.

3.2 Fees

  • Listing Fee: The first 50 listings per month are free. Additional listings cost $0.20 each.

  • Transaction Fee: A 5% fee is applied to the total sale price (excluding shipping and taxes) when an item sells.

  • Payment Processing Fee: Charged by the third-party payment processor (e.g., PayPal, Stripe) per their terms.

3.3 Shipping & Delivery
Vendors must:

  • Specify clear processing times and shipping methods.

  • Upload valid tracking information for shipped orders.

  • Package items securely to prevent damage.

4. Return, Refund & Dispute Resolution Policy

4.1 Vendor-Defined Policies
Each Vendor sets their own return and exchange policy (e.g., “Accepts returns within 14 days,” “All sales final”). This policy must be clearly stated in their shop.

4.2 Buyer Protection
If an item is Not Received or is Materially Not As Described, buyers may be eligible for a refund under GURAZON’s Buyer Protection program, even if the seller has a “no returns” policy.

4.3 Dispute Resolution Process

  1. Direct Contact: Buyers must attempt to resolve the issue directly with the Vendor first.

  2. GURAZON Mediation: If unresolved, either party can open a case with GURAZON Support within [e.g., 60 days] of the estimated delivery date.

  3. Our Decision: GURAZON will review communications and evidence to make a final, binding decision, which may include issuing a refund to the buyer.

5. Privacy Policy

5.1 Information We Collect
We collect information you provide (name, email, address), transaction data, and automatic data (IP address, device info, cookies).

5.2 How We Use Information
To provide, operate, and improve the Platform; to process transactions; to communicate with you; and for security and legal compliance.

5.3 Sharing Information
We share information with:

  • Vendors/Buyers: Necessary to complete a transaction (e.g., shipping address to seller).

  • Service Providers: Payment processors, shipping carriers, and hosting services.

  • Legal Authorities: When required by law or to protect rights and safety.

5.4 Your Rights
You may access, correct, or request deletion of your personal data by contacting us. You can opt out of marketing communications.

6. Intellectual Property Policy

6.1 Respect for IP
Vendors must only list items they have the legal right to make, sell, or distribute. Using brand names, logos, or copyrighted designs without authorization is prohibited.

6.2 IP Infringement Reports
We comply with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA). Rights holders can report alleged infringement to our designated agent at: [legal@gurazon.com].

6.3 Your Content License
By listing an item, you grant GURAZON a non-exclusive, worldwide license to use, display, and promote your content in connection with the Platform.
